JeetWin Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Betting Platform User Agreement

Welcome to JeetWin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and JeetWin ("we", "us", "the Platform") with respect to your use of the JeetWin website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at jeetwin-jit.com.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any JeetWin service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use JeetWin's services.

JeetWin operates as an online betting and gaming platform serving adult users in Pakistan. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are designed specifically for the Pakistani market. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and JeetWin.

These Terms are written in plain English, aimed at Pakistani users. We have deliberately avoided dense legal language wherever possible. If anything is unclear, please contact JeetWin's support team at support@jeetwin-jit.com before placing bets or making deposits.

To register and use a JeetWin account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JeetWin maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
• You must be a resident of or accessing the platform from Pakistan.
• You must be accessing JeetWin for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when placing bets or managing your account.
• You must not be a JeetWin employee, contractor, affiliate partner, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement that would prohibit you from holding a betting account.

Each user is permitted to hold only one JeetWin account. Opening multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other purpose — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and preferred payment method. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

JeetWin is committed to operating a safe, fair, and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. Verification is required before processing your first withdrawal and may be required at other points during your account lifetime.

Standard verification documents accepted by JeetWin include:

• Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• Pakistani passport — biographic data page
• Proof of address — utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months
• Proof of payment method — screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet showing your registered mobile number

All documents should be clear, unedited photographs or scans. JeetWin uses secure, encrypted document handling. Your verification documents are stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are never shared with unauthorised third parties.

Verification is a one-time process for most members. Once your JeetWin account is fully verified, you will not need to re-submit documents unless account details change significantly or a periodic review is triggered by compliance requirements.

JeetWin accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All balances on JeetWin are held and displayed in PKR.

The following rules apply to all deposits made to your JeetWin account:

• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another person — are not permitted and will be returned or held pending investigation.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 via Easypaisa and JazzCash. Minimum deposits via other methods may differ and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Deposits are credited to your JeetWin account balance in real time for mobile wallet methods. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 business hours during banking hours.
• JeetWin does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider.
• Deposited funds are available for betting immediately upon credit confirmation. There is no mandatory waiting period before placing bets with deposited funds.

JeetWin processes withdrawals to Pakistani payment methods in PKR. We are committed to fast, hassle-free withdrawals for verified members. The following rules and timelines apply:

• Withdrawals are available to members whose accounts are fully verified under our KYC process (see Section 3).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though larger withdrawals may be subject to additional processing checks.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a fraud prevention measure and applies to all JeetWin members.
• Withdrawal processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash — typically within 30 minutes for verified accounts; NayaPay and SadaPay — typically within 1 hour; Bank IBFT — within 4–8 business hours depending on your bank.
• JeetWin does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR withdrawals. Some banks or payment providers may deduct their own charges on receipt.
• JeetWin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where security checks flag unusual patterns or where the withdrawal amount significantly exceeds recent deposit history.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the JeetWin sportsbook, whether on cricket, football, virtual sports, or any other discipline:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by JeetWin, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member, except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and available for that specific bet.
• The minimum bet amount across most JeetWin markets is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event significance and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format by default on JeetWin. Members may switch to fractional or American format via account settings.
• In the event of a void or abandoned event, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to member accounts in PKR.
• If a match is started but not completed due to weather, power failure, or other interruption — and is not subsequently completed within a JeetWin-specified timeframe — bets may be settled on the result at the point of abandonment or voided entirely, depending on the sport's specific rules.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — will not be honoured. JeetWin will void affected bets and return stakes in full. JeetWin will make reasonable efforts to detect and communicate such errors promptly.
• For accumulator bets, if one or more legs are voided, the accumulator is recalculated using the remaining valid selections. A single-leg accumulator becomes a single bet.

JeetWin offers live in-play betting on major cricket, football, tennis, and other events. The following additional rules apply to all live bets placed on the JeetWin platform:

• Live betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event at JeetWin's discretion, including during natural pauses in play, when a key event (goal, wicket, penalty) is imminent, or when data reliability is insufficient to maintain accurate pricing.
• Bets accepted during a suspension window that relate to an event that has already occurred before the bet was placed will be voided. For example, a bet on "next wicket" placed after the wicket has already fallen but before the platform has updated will be voided.
• JeetWin relies on third-party data feeds for live event data. In the event of a data feed delay or error, JeetWin may void affected live bets where the accepted odds were materially inconsistent with the actual match state at the time of bet acceptance.
• Live cricket betting on JeetWin includes ball-by-ball markets for PSL and international Pakistan fixtures. Ball-by-ball markets open and close within seconds per delivery — it is the member's responsibility to ensure their bet is submitted before the market closes for each ball.

JeetWin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, accumulator insurance, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds, not withdrawable cash. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they convert to withdrawable PKR balance. The specific wagering requirement (e.g., 5x, 10x) is stated on each individual promotion.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of bonus credit. Unfulfilled wagering requirements at expiry will result in the bonus balance being removed without replacement.
• Each JeetWin member is entitled to claim each welcome bonus offer only once, regardless of how many accounts they may have held. Claiming the same offer multiple times — whether through different accounts, different devices, or different payment methods — constitutes bonus abuse.
• Certain bet types may not contribute equally to wagering requirements. By default, sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100% to wagering. Bets at lower odds may contribute at a reduced rate. Casino game contributions vary by game type and are detailed per promotion.
• JeetWin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This will not affect bonuses already credited and subject to active wagering.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting pricing errors to arbitrage promotions, or staking patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

JeetWin's platform includes live dealer casino games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack) and virtual sports (virtual football, virtual cricket, virtual horse racing, greyhounds, and more). The following rules apply to these sections of the JeetWin platform:

• All casino and virtual sports outcomes on JeetWin are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live dealer action in licensed studios. Outcomes are not predetermined or influenced by betting volumes or individual bet histories.
• Virtual sports events are computer-generated simulations. Results are random and independent. No virtual event result can be predicted or influenced by any party. JeetWin makes no representation about the relationship between virtual form ratings and actual outcomes.
• Live dealer games are streamed from third-party licensed studios. JeetWin is not responsible for technical disruptions to live streams caused by the studio provider. In the event of a disconnection mid-game, unsettled bets will be resolved according to the game's own rules as recorded by the studio server, not the member's device view.
• Minimum and maximum stakes for casino games vary by table and game type and are displayed before any game session begins. Members are responsible for checking applicable limits before placing casino bets.
• The general bonus and promotion terms in Section 8 apply to casino and virtual sports usage, with game-specific contribution rates applied to wagering requirements.

JeetWin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling should be a form of entertainment and we take seriously our responsibility to members who may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all JeetWin members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, limits can only be decreased immediately. Increases require a minimum 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a specified duration of continuous play on JeetWin.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent pause on your JeetWin account. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications during play reminding you of your current session length and net betting result.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the JeetWin platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one JeetWin account, whether in your own name or using third-party identities
• Using another person's payment method to fund your JeetWin account without their knowledge and consent
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, mispriced odds, or data feed delays to place bets that would not be available under normal operating conditions
• Using automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to interact with JeetWin's platform in ways not permitted for human users
• Participating in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt influence over the outcome of sporting events on which you have placed bets on JeetWin
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering, including depositing funds with no genuine intention of gambling and withdrawing to a different payment method
• Sharing account access or login credentials with any other person
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt JeetWin's platform or security infrastructure

JeetWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or identity theft
• Member self-exclusion request
• Court order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, or betting activity

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, JeetWin may retain any funds in the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, those funds may be forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed, funds will be returned to the member via their registered Pakistani payment method.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their JeetWin account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Remaining balance will be returned to the member's registered PKR payment method following standard verification checks.

JeetWin collects and processes personal data provided during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing platform use. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and JeetWin and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

In summary:

• Your data is used solely to operate your JeetWin account, process PKR payments, comply with verification requirements, and improve the platform experience.
• JeetWin uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions. Personal and financial data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers.
• JeetWin does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data JeetWin holds about you and to request corrections or deletion in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

JeetWin provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure platform reliability and accuracy, the following limitations apply:

• JeetWin is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures — including payment processor outages or live data feed interruptions — beyond our reasonable control.
• JeetWin is not liable for any loss of opportunity, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or from any bet placed or not placed due to technical issues.
• JeetWin's total liability to any individual member in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount wagered by that member on the affected event or game.
• Nothing in these Terms limits JeetWin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. JeetWin does not guarantee that you will win any bet or achieve any particular financial outcome. Members bet entirely at their own discretion and risk.

JeetWin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For significant changes, JeetWin will make reasonable efforts to notify active members via the platform or registered email address.

Continued use of the JeetWin platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any available balance.

These Terms, and any dispute arising from your use of JeetWin, are governed by applicable laws and regulations. JeetWin operates with the aim of full compliance with applicable legal frameworks in the markets it serves.
